• Our bracelets are usually delivered within 7 to 14 business days.
• Free shipping on all orders over £30.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Defective or damaged product?
  If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we offer a free replacement or a full refund upon request.

• Want to return for another reason?
  Returns are accepted as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
